Open the tender and go to Documents

Every tender detail page lists its documents — the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT), the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as an Excel file, and any supporting PDFs.

Click Download

Files are fetched for you and served with the correct extension (.pdf, .xls, .zip). Where the source portal shows a CAPTCHA, you'll be asked to type it once and the file downloads directly — no need to visit the portal.
